Meeting ASCC

ABOVE STANDARD CLEANING COMPANY

  1. Before Above Standard Cleaning Company visits your space you will receive an email titled, “ASCC Client Questionnaire”. This questionnaire gives us a glimpse inside your home before our visit. During this time if you have any questions, comments or concerns please do not hesitate to voice them, this is how we continue to raise Above Standard. 
  2.  When you purchase any service ASCC offers you can expect above standard service, credible and trustworthy cleaners and a space that’s been throughly sanitized and disinfected!  
  3. The day ASCC visits your home you will be notified via text message or phone call (your preference) that we’re outside. Once ASCC cleaners enter your space we will cover our shoes and take before images / videos of your space. ASCC cleaners will disinfect, clean and organize your space and remove all trash. After service has been completed your cleaner will take after images / videos of your space, these images will be sent to you along with the before images for you to review. Payment will be processed once service has been completed. If you do not want your space posted to ASCC social sites please let your cleaner know and they will be deleted immediately once sent to you! 
  4. After your appointment an ASCC associate will reach out to you to ask about your appointment. During this time if you have any questions, comments or concerns please do not hesitate to voice them, this is how we continue to raise Above Standard. 
  5. ASCC will always stay in touch (until you opt out of emails … lol) so you can expect to hear from us occasionally! We don’t crowd your inbox, we just drop in to say hello and send a coupon or two! (Don’t forget to add your birthday for your free home cleaning!)
